Manicura vintage con rosas y fondo menta / Vintage roses manicure, mint green bottom (Nivel difícil)

¡Buenas tardes chicas!

¿Qué tal estáis? Yo ya estoy diciéndole adiós al verano, aunque si os digo la verdad ya me va apeteciendo un poco de invierno, o más bien otoño.

Y para esta despedida, he pensado en una manicura de estilo vintage, muy romántica y con estampado de rosas. Puede que este diseño lo hayáis visto en muchos sitios, ya que es muy bonito, pero nunca lo había hecho y ayer me compré un esmalte color verde menta que estaba deseando utilizar.

En fin, comenzamos:

Vamos a utilizar...

- Esmalte de uñas verde menta.

- Pintura (o esmalte) acrílica roja, blanca y verde.

- Un pincel.

Aplicamos un par de capas de esmalte verde menta a todas las uñas.

Con la pintura blanca hacemos líneas verticales.

Una vez hecha la base, empezamos con las rosas. Como siempre, con esmalte verde, pintamos las líneas o "ramitas" que nos harán de guías en el dibujo:

Y llenamos las ramas de hojas. CONSEJO: si añades un poco de color amarillo al verde, sin llegar a mezclarlo del todo, las hojas tendrán una mayor variedad de color y quedarán mucho más bonitas.

Para hacer las flores, pintamos círculos rojos entre las hojas verdes. Puedes aprovechar para tapar aquellas zonas que no han quedado como te gustarían. Dependiendo de la intensidad del color rojo, el diseño quedará más intenso o menos, si es un rojo más suave, el dibujo tendrá tonos más románticos.

Finalmente, bien con un esmalte rosa o bien mezclando el color rojo que hemos usado con un poco de blanco, hacemos líneas curvas a la flor, para darle profundidad y crear los pétalos.

Finalmente, aplica un buen top coat y habrás acabado tu diseño.

Espero que os haya gustado. A mí la verdad es que me encanta. No me refiero a mi manicura solamente, sino al estampado en general y en otras manicuras similares que he visto.

Manicura de fresas / Strawberries manicure (Nivel Medio)

¡Hola chicas! ¿Qué tal lleváis el verano? Espero que descansando todo lo posible. En mi caso, por fin estoy relajada. En fin, hoy os traigo una manicura un poco especial, ya que no es un diseño pensado por mí, sino que me he inspirado en otra chica bloguera: Toxic Vanity. (Un besazo desde aquí para ella)

Bueno, mi versión de esta manicura tiene pocas variaciones, la principal se centra en el dedo anular, en el que en vez de haber una fresa, he pintado las flores blancas que aparecen antes del fruto. Pero empecemos por el principio...
So, mi version has not much differences. The main one is the ring finger. Instead a big strawberry, I have painted white flowers. But, let's start at the beggining...

Para esta manicura voy a necesitar:

Esmalte blanco, rojo, rosa, verde y amarillo.

Un par de pinceles finos y un objeto para hacer puntos.

In this manicure I need:
White, red, pink, green and yellow polish.
Two thin brushes and a dooting tool.

Comienza pintando todas las uñas en blanco, excepto el dedo anular, que lo pintamos en rosa.

(NOTA: tras hacer el diseño, creo que convendría poner un tono más claro de rosa del que se ve en las fotografías, para que el dibujo se vea mejor)
Start painting all the nails with white, except the ring finger. Paint it with pink.
(NOTE: after finish the desing, I think that it would be better a lighter pink, in order to highlight the leaves.)

Para hacer las fresas en las uñas de blanco seguimos tres pasos. Primero hacemos pequeños triángulos rojos. No tienen que ser muy uniformes, sólo asegúrate de que la punta esté redondeada.
To make the strawberries, follow three steps. First make little red triangles. They don't have to be perfect, just make sure to make the tip rounded.

Luego, con el esmalte verde, hacemos finas líneas que formarán las hojas de la parte superior de la fresa.
Then, with green polish, make thin stripes to get the leaves, on the top.

Finalmente, con un poco (muy poco) de amarillo, hacemos puntitos o líneas muy pequeñitas en la parte roja, para imitar a las semillas.
Finally, with really little yellow, make dots or lines to get the seeds.

 

Una vez listas las fresas, pasamos al dedo anular y la flores blancas. Tras pintar la uña de rosa hacemos líneas verdes algo curvadas desde los extremos inferior y superior de la uña.
No it's time to the ring finger. After paint the nail with pink, make two green stripes from the tip and the top of the nail.

Acto seguido, los llenamos de pequeñas hojas.
Now, full the nail with leaves.

Finalmente, hacemos las flores. Puedes usar el método que quieras para hacerlas, en este caso he usado el más sencillo: hacemos cinco puntos concéntricos de color blanco y uno amarillo en el centro.
Finally, make the flowers. You can use different techniques, I've used the most simply: five concentris white dots and a yellow one on the center.

Aplica un top coat para proteger la manicura y ¡listo!

Espero que os haya gustado, como veis tiene algunas diferencias con la manicura de Toxic Vanity, cada una le da su estilo personal.

Estrellas multicolores / Colorful stars (Nivel Medio)

¡Hola a todas!

Siento si estas semanas estoy algo desaparecida, pero es que no paro quieta. Entre las clases de francés, las oposiciones, el voluntariado, las clases particulares a los peques...buf! Y además estoy contentísima porque, no sé si algunas lo habréis leído en Twitter, pero...¡Me han cogido en El Corte Inglés!

Así que tengo poquito tiempo libre...pero intentaré publicaros algo siempre que puedo.

Hi everyone!

I'm so sorry for not to be hereabout as much as before, but these days I can't stop! I have french lessons, the test to be a public teacher, the volunteer group, the private lessons to childrens...buf! Besides, I'm very happy, because, as maybe you have read on Twitter, I've been hired by El Corte Inglés!

So I have little free time...but I'll try to public something as much as I can.

Bueno, hoy os traigo una manicura muy colorida y divertida, con estrellas de colores, sobre un fondo blanco. Vamos a necesitar:

- Unos cuantos colores, a vuestra elección. En este caso rojo, verde, azul, amarillo, naranja y violeta.

- Color blanco y negro.

- Un pincel con el que puedas pintar con precisión.

Well, today I want to show you a very funny and colorful manicure, with stars and a white bottom. We need...

- Some colors, whatever you choose. In this case red, green, blue, yellow, orange and purple.

- White and black polish.

- A very precise brush.

Empezamos dando un par de capas de esmalte blanco.
Start applying two white coats.

Y, una a una, vamos haciendo las estrellas. Podemos seguir un patrón muy sencillo. Primero hacemos cinco puntos que serán las puntas de la estrella. (Puede ver este proceso también en la manicura de glitter y estrellas moradas)
And, one by one, we make the stars. You can do it following a easy steps. First, make five dots: the stars tips. (You also can see this process in the glitter and purple stars manicure)

Luego, unimos los puntos en el centro, mediante líneas.
The, link the dots at the center, using lines.

Finalmente, engordamos las líneas por los lados para darle la forma a la estrella.
Finally, fill out the lines to shape the star.

Continúa con las demás estrellas con el mismo proceso. Si os fijáis, he redondeado un poco los bordes de las estrellas,para que queden más graciosas.
Continue in the same way with the rest of stars. You see how I rounded the tips in order to give a funnier look to the star?

Ahora viene la parte más complicada: una a una, vamos perfilando con negro las estrellas.
Now, the hardest part: one by one, outline the stars with black.

Podéis dejar así el diseño, pero yo he querido darle un toque final, poniendo un poco de blanco en un lado de cada estrella, para darle "brillo". Pero bueno, esto es opcional.
You can leave the desing like this, but I've choosen a final touch, applying a little bit of white on the side of the stars, to give them "shine". But this os optional.

 

 Finalmente, añadimos el top coat y acabamos el diseño.
And the last step is to apply a top coat.

 

 ¿Qué tal? Admito que no es mi mejor diseño en cuanto al acabado de los bordes, pero creo que os he transmitido la idea principal, que os puede servir de inspiración.

Manicura con flor de pascua / Poinsettia manicure. (Nivel medio)

¡Hola a todas! Se acabaron las navidades, y como toque final, os traigo el último diseño de estas fiestas,esta vez usando la flor de pascua. La versión que he hecho de esta flor es bastante simplificada, usando dos tonos de rojo y pétalos sencillos. Con el tiempo, cuando vaya mejorando en este arte, espero poder hacerla más compleja. De todas formas, me gusta también la idea de que resulte accesible para todas.

Hi girls! Christmas is over, so such a final touch, here you are the final Christmas manicure in this season, this time using poinsettias. This version is pretty simple, I used two different red and easy leaves. With time, as soon as I improve my skills, I hope to do this manicure more complex. Anyway, i also like the idea of make it accesible to everyone.

Necesitamos los siguientes materiales:
Esmalte amarillo, verde, rojo oscuro y rojo intenso, y nacarado.
Un pincel para detalles, uno para hacer puntos y otro para delinear.
We need this material:
Yellow, green, dark and light red, and pearly polish.
A detail brush, a liner one and a dotting tool.

Comienza haciendo una manicura francesa con el esmalte nacarado.
Start making a french manicure with the pearly polish.

Luego, usa el esmalte verde y haz, en los dedos pulgar y anular, hojas desde una esquina hacia el lado y hacia arriba. (Opcionalmente, puedes usar dos tonos de verdes y alternarlos en las hojas)

Later, use the green polish and make, on the thumb and ring finger, small leaves, from the corner to up and the side. (Optionally, you can use two different green tones with the leaves)

 Una vez hecho esto, usa el rojo oscuro para hacer la base de la flor de pascua.
Subsequently, use the dak red to make the base of the poinsettia.

Repite el proceso, ahora con el rojo brillante. Es importante que los dos rojos sean muy diferente en términos de tonalidad, o no se diferenciarán uno de otro al final.

Repeat the same, now with light red. It's very important to use two reds really different, or they won't differ.

Finaliza la flor haciendo pequeños puntos amarillos en el centro.
Finish the flower adding small yellow dots in the center.

 Finalmente, al resto de dedos, puedes añadirle algún motivo en verde o rojo para darle continuidad al diseño, en este caso he optado por una sencilla línea verde.

Finally, add some decorationin red or green to the rest of finger, in order to gain oneness on the desing. This time I've choose a simple green line.

 Termina con una capa de protector, y acabamos este diseño. ¿Qué tal lo veis? Como os dije, es una manicura bastante simplificada, pero creo que refleja bien lo que he pretendido diseñar. Ojalá os guste, y nos vemos pronto en la siguiente entrada.
